Photo Diary: United Kingdom, 2017

September 26, 2017

To end my European getaway, of course, we headed to the U.K. It was so amazing to see where my mom’s side of the family is from. I am part British, so finally being able to see and experience life in England gave me a sense of completeness. I feel like I truly got to know myself better, not to mention that I also felt like I met my mom for the first time. The true her. I understand her more now than I ever have in my 22 years of life and if only for that, this trip has been my favorite so far.

First stop, The Cotswolds! The cutest little town that I ever did see!

Next stop, Great Malvern. My mom studied here, in St. James and the Abbey, all of her academic life. We hiked an hour uphill (I nearly passed out, no joke lol) but everything was worth it. Such an amazing experience to have shared with my mama.

Last stop before heading back to Manila, of course, London! Ahh, London was charming in all ways possible.

That concludes my Europe Photo Diary series! I hope you all enjoyed looking through the photos as much as I have enjoyed sharing them with all of you.

P.S. For all those asking, I only used an iPhone 7 & 7+ to take all these photos!
